The Club of the North American Studies Program will meet on Tue March 21, at 10.15 in Unioninkatu 40 (Metsätalo), Room 14 (3rd floor) WITH Michael Rubin: The American Vision for the Middle East: Current Policies concerning Israeli-Palestinian Relations, Iraq and Iran.

Michael Rubin has worked as a staff advisor for Iran and Iraq in the Office of the Secretary of Defense in 2002-2004, from which he was seconded to the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq. Currently he is a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute and the editor of the Middle East Quarterly.
