Strategic Advisory Board

The purpose of the Strategic Advisory Board, appointed by the Rector of the University of Helsinki, is to support the management group of the Helsinki Institute of Science and Technology Studies (HIST) on the long-term development of the unit by expressing its viewpoints concerning proposals and policies related to the unit and by giving recommendations when necessary. In addition to this, the strategic advisory board maintains connections with the international scientific community in science and technology studies and with administrators in the field.
