An International Advisory Board has been established to ensure high international profile of urban research in the Network.

The Board is responsible for providing a support network for the urban research project and for assessing the results produced.

The Board has been appointed for the period 2005-2010. The members of the Board are:

• Professor Alessandro Balducci, Department of Architecture and Planning, Milan Polytechnic
• Professor Jürgen Breuste, Institute for Geography and Geoinformatics, University of Salzburg
• Professor Patrick Le Galès, CEVIPOF - Laboratoire de recherche Sciences Po, Paris
• Professor Doreen Massey, Open University, London
