Journal of Educational Media viime vuoden toisen numeron (2-3 / 2003) teemana oli "sekoitettu" opetus. Lähinnä kyse on lähi- ja verkko-opetuksen yhdistämisestä, mutta joitakin muitakin näkökulmia yhteensä 9 laajassa artikkelissa esitetään. Lehden verkkoversiolla on 6 kk "karenssi"aika, mutta huhtikuun alusta lähtien numeron artikkelien täysversiot (pdf) ovat vapaasti luettavissa ja printattavissa, mikäli yhteys EBSCO:n palvelimelle otetaan Helsingin yliopiston (tai jonkun muun yliopiston) e-lehdet -palvelun kautta. Myös lehden vuoden 2004 ensimmäisessä numerossa käsitellään blended learningia. Ehkä palaan siihen tarkemmin, kun numero pääsee 6 kk karanteenista.
Journal of Educational Media -lehti ei kuulu verkkopedalehdet -blogin vakituisen seurannan piiriin eli se ei ole ainakaan toistaiseksi Top Ten -listalla.
