Description

This course will be consisted of two parts:

  1. Focus on new citizens of the information age: new ways of communicating, participating, deciding, contributing, interacting of citizens with other citizens and with their representatives.
  2. Future scenarios of citizenship by discussions and group work students will be preparing.

Assignment

Students are required to

  • make a 2-4 minutes presentation on a future scenario they will think of about e-citizenship.
  • Write 3 learning diaries – a guide is uploaded on BSCW
  • Write a final paper - undergrad students: 10 page essay, grad students: 20 page essay, (1,5 space) to be e-mailed on Oct 20 th
