Presently, there are only a few courses available in English at undergraduate level, mainly designed for exchange and visiting students. The full undergraduate programme is available only in Finnish. However, it is possible for exchange students of the discipline of media and communication studies to gain credits from the courses in Finnish by taking Faculty Examinations in English. Please check the Study Guide for these courses and the requirements for the book exams. In addition to the courses offered by Media and Communication Studies the exchange students/visiting students can search for relevant courses from the Department of Journalism at Swedish School of Social Sciences and from the Department of Film and Television Studies at the Faculty of Arts.

All network courses take place in the internet with students from all over Finland. 8 students from the Department of Communication in University of Helsinki are accepted to the courses, priority is given to the international degree students of the department.
