Reservation

• Nightloan textbooks can be reserved by filling out a reservation slip in the circulation office - they cannot be reserved in the HELKA online catalogue. The same book can be reserved in advance only once a week, but can be checked out if no one else borrows it.
• Periodicals can be reserved in the circulation office or by phoning the circulation office, phone 191 22547.
• Other items out on loan can be reserved in the in the HELKA online catalogue ( you need to give your libray card number (under the barcode) and your last name) or in the circulation offices of the Social Science Library or the other University of Helsinki Libraries or by phoning the circulation office, phone 191 22547.
• Pleas note that you can only reserve material out on loan in the HELKA online catalogue. Material that is currently available at the Social Science Library can be reserved by phoning the circulation office, phone 191 22547.
