Renewal

• Nightloans (textbooks in basic and intermediate studies) cannot be renewed
• Periodicals can be renewed in the circulation office or by phoning the circulation office, phone 191 22547.
• Other material can be renewed ,if no one else has reserved it and there are no blocks on the library card, in the HELKA online catalogue  ( you need to give your libray card number (under the barcode) and your last name)  or in the circulation offices of the Social Science Library or the other University of Helsinki Libraries or by phoning the circulation office, phone 191 22547.
• Textbooks in master's studies that can be be checked out for one week can be renewed twelve times .
• Other publications i.e. publications that can be checked out for four weeks can be renewed 50 times.
